About Me
An Unusual Journey
For fifteen years, I was at home in IT – at Vaillant, Tata Consultancy Services, and as a management consultant in international projects that demanded analytical precision. I led teams, optimized processes, and solved complex technical challenges.
However, one observation never let me go: The smartest strategies failed not due to a lack of logic – but due to invisible human resistance.
My conviction is: Real change happens when mind and emotion form a team. In my coaching, I combine my years of practical experience with diverse expert knowledge from training and further education, to strengthen my clients' (inner) teams. Back to success, creativity, freedom, and joy of life!
The Turning Point
From Analysis to Depth
This realization led me to depth psychology, EMDR, EmTrace®, and hypnosystemic coaching – to methods that intervene where pure reason reaches its limits: in the nervous system.
Today, she combines both: the analytical precision from the IT world with neurologically-based coaching methods. Certified as an AI Coach, Agility Coach, and in EmTrace® and EMDR – and a mother of two children who remind her daily of what truly matters.
